AKC Champion Cabryn Silver Bullet, aka Merlin, pictured above, is a gorgeous big platinum silver miniature. 15" at the shoulder and 17 pounds. We are indebted to Carolyn O'Rourke for this gorgeous, exhuberant and very confident boy, as well as Peg Cooper. Did I say loving and devoted as well?
Speaking of Peg Cooper, we are leasing this glorious female, CKC Champion Sonora's Oh La La of Keja, to be bred to Cabryn John Crighton Redscape. Oula is the sweetest, most gentle and ladylike princess! 14" at the shoulder and 14 pounds. Whose been sleeping in our bed?

Above, Cabryn John Crighton Redscape, dob 5/22/12. Sire: CH Cabryn Hi Ho Siver. Dam: Cabryn Lady Liberty. Crighton is our pale silver stud, extremely refined, fabulous head, 14" and 13
pounds. Below, Crighton as 4 month old puppy. Born black with "telltale" white hairs inbetween toes, see how much he has paled silver already.
Below, Redscape Nabari, dob 9/27/12. Sire: CH Cabryn Lone Ranger, TP. Dam: CH DGL's Bewitched. Nabari is a large silver, 14 3/4" at 16 pounds at 12 months. She has everything, fabulous head, gorgeous ears, wonderful body, incredible self-stacking read. She is "the bomb," as they say. She and Merlin will have puppies, we hope, to swing from a star. Nabari is living with a friend in Arkansas.
Fascinating silver poodles - bewitching and beguiling, elegant and intriguing. Silvers are born black! With silver/white hairs between their toe pads, around 8 eight weeks, their shaved faces display a silvering muzzle. Over the next several years, the coat pales through shades of charcoal to grey to silver to a very pale platinum silver - the most desirable color of silver. And unlike almost all other poodle colors, there is no "poodle fade." The paler the silver becomes, the more elegant.
Below, six week old silver puppy, showing the silvering face. Black that turns to charcoal, that turns to grey that turns to pale silver. Exquisite. Photo below of Darkover puppy by Dott Smith.
